Program Overview: Cadet Hoops Basketball Association to offer an engaging Sports Enrichment Program tailored for elementary, middle, and high school students. Our mission is to deliver an exceptional educational and athletic experience that emphasizes holistic development across all sports.
The program is built around our core values of Self, Collective, Root, and Responsibility (SCRR), while also nurturing essential virtues such as Trustworthiness, Loyalty, Helpfulness, Friendliness, Courtesy, Kindness, Thriftiness, Bravery, Cleanliness, and Reverence.
Each session lasts between 45 to 120 minutes, ensuring a dynamic and impactful learning experience. The program is structured into 10 sessions per block.

Program Overview: Our after school programming is a student-centered arts education after-school program rooted in amplifying youth voice and dedicated to expanding that practice to build better students and citizens within schools and communities.An after-school program uses arts education to amplify youth voice, aiming to foster better students and citizens within schools and communities. Clubs offered include Chess, STEM, Podcasting, Dance, STEP, and Boxing. Each session lasts between 45 to 90 minutes and is structured into 10 sessions per block.

GOAL/MISSION:
The goal of this curriculum is to introduce youth — especially those from underrepresented communities — to the foundational principles of aviation and drone technology through hands-on, inspiring experiences. Students will gain technical knowledge, explore real-world applications, and build personal confidence. Each session is designed to bridge STEM learning with self-leadership, preparing students for both professional and personal flight.
Program Pathway & Impact
This Drone & Aviation Discovery Program is thoughtfully designed not only to inspire and educate youth about the exciting world of aviation and drone technology but also to serve as a critical feeder program into a broader pipeline for aviation career development. Through our partnership with the prestigious Tuskegee Aviation Program, students who complete this curriculum will gain a direct pathway and strong foundation toward obtaining their private pilot’s license.

Program Overview: Cadet Mentors program will connect college and high school student athlete leaders to elementary & middle school youth to provide weekly programs that are specifically designed to assist the youth in their social development and academic aspirations.. Through exploration of literature, media and engaging activities that are centered around The Six Pillars of Character (Trustworthiness, Respect, Responsibility, Fairness, Caring and Citizenship) this program will cultivate literacy, positive identity and self esteem. Sessions include snacks, merch & program supplies. Session time ranges from 45 - 90 minutes. 10 sessions per block.

The Cadets Rising Shark Tank Program is a dynamic and interactive initiative designed for middle school and high school students, providing them with a unique opportunity to unleash their entrepreneurial spirit. Inspired by the popular television show, this program empowers students to develop, pitch, and refine their business ideas while cultivating essential skills in innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving. By engaging in this exciting competition, participants gain practical experience that enhances their academic lives and personal growth. Each session lasts between 45 to 90 minutes and is structured into 14 sessions per block.

Participants begin each session with an engaging daily lesson before being divided into groups to partake in a series of collaborative exercises. These activities are designed to encourage teamwork and facilitate positive peer interactions, fostering a supportive learning environment.

This 90-session program, designed for elementary and middle school students, consists of 120-minute sessions that rotate through English Language Arts, Mathematics, and Physical Education (40 minutes per subject). Students are grouped according to their academic performance and participate in all three subjects. Instructors, approved by both the principal and the Cadet program director, are responsible for curriculum delivery and receive bi-weekly compensation from Cadet SCRR. The total program cost, including sports enrichment to encourage student participation.

Having trouble keeping up and adhering to 21st century grant guidelines and fidelity checklist? Our grant fidelity consultant will handle all data integrity, attendance tacking, club registrations and modeling. Our grant fidelity consultant will help train your existing personnel on how to maintain the grant guidelines. Additional add-ons for SMV document review & site visits.
