Brian Prioleau is the inspiring leader and passionate community advocate behind Cadets Rising, an organization dedicated to personal growth and community values. With over 20 years in financial services, Brian deeply understands strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership. He now uses these skills to create robust programs that uplift youth and communities.
A proud Pace University alumnus with a double major in Marketing and Management, Brian’s expertise helps him navigate complex challenges, leading Cadets Rising with confidence and vision. His finance background has equipped him to build strong partnerships and secure vital resources, keeping the organization agile and sustainable.
But Brian’s true passion is empowering the next generation. For 15 years, he’s been a dedicated community organizer and youth development champion, creating opportunities for young people to thrive. His commitment to teamwork, determination, and accountability echoes the spirit of athletics, inspiring youth to excel on and off the field. Brian believes that overcoming challenges is best done together, fostering an environment where collaboration and support are key.
Beyond his professional life, Brian is a proud father of three and a dedicated grandfather to one wonderful granddaughter. Family drives him to provide the same opportunities and support for community youth that he seeks for his own children. With an unyielding spirit and a commitment to making a difference, Brian Prioleau is leading Cadets Rising, turning challenges into triumphs and transforming lives through community and teamwork.
