A Message from Our Founder
This past year has been one of the most transformative in Cadets Rising history. From expanding our Career Certification Academy to deepening our partnerships with Cisco and Google, we have worked tirelessly to ensure that every young person in our community has access to the tools, mentorship, and opportunities they deserve.
Our SCRR values — Safety, Community, Respect, and Responsibility — continue to guide every program we deliver. Whether in the classroom, on the court, or in a certification lab, our cadets are learning what it means to show up, work hard, and lift others as they rise.

From tutoring circles to cybersecurity labs, our programs meet youth where they are.
Workforce Development
Career Certification Academy
Our flagship CCA program partnered with Cisco and Google to deliver industry-recognized certifications in cybersecurity and digital skills. Cadets completed 6-, 8-, and 12-week intensive sessions, earning credentials that open doors to real careers.

Academic Support
Round Robin Tutoring
Our peer-to-peer tutoring model continued to close learning gaps across math, reading, and science. Small-group sessions led by trained cadet tutors created a culture of academic excellence and mutual accountability.

Enrichment
Club Cadets — Arts, Chess & STEM
Three clubs. One mission. Our after-school clubs in Martial Arts, Chess, and STEM gave cadets a space to explore, compete, and create. Each club integrates the SCRR values framework into every session.

Community Education
Teacher & Parent Workshops
We expanded our professional development offerings for educators and caregivers, delivering workshops on restorative practices, digital literacy, and youth mental health. These sessions strengthen the full ecosystem around each cadet.
